By engaging with my services/commissioning me you automatically agree to my TOS, so please read carefully.

Art/Designs commissioned from me may not be used commercially without prior agreement/discussion.

I may use commissioned pieces as examples for advertisement purposes, as well as in a digital portfolio.

Payments are nonrefundable*, after you've bought something, that's it. There is a 12hr deadline for all currency payments unless a hold is discussed. [*Unless I cannot complete the owed art/design]

Payments are to be upfront via digital invoice.

Charge-backs result in blacklisting/reselling of the design where applicable, while also taking appropriate steps with the payment provider/service.

Prices are listed in USD whereas invoices will be sent in GBP.

Do not reupload my art under any circumstances without prior written permission (Toyhou.se is allowed, using as a graphic on an offsite page is allowed if you're the commissioner -credit required.)

You may not resell any commissions/art received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrency, or use it for anything to do with the blockchain.

You may not use my art in any sort of way to train AI models or use my art in conjunction with such.

I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or involve it with anything blockchain related.

Designs made by me can only be resold for the amount purchased, plus the art commissioned/added.

Art/Designs made by me are to be credited to "host" when uploaded to Toyhou.se, otherwise my dA or Twitter(non commercial) version will suffice.
